For a 4 hour reception we find that 3 hours works great but clients can always add additional hours to best fit their day! 

- 1 additional hour: $300
- 2 additional hours: $500

(Travel rates may apply depending on the distance.)

Proposal & Deposit

If you’re ready to book, I’ll send over the proposal via email. This will include the contract, package details, and an invoice for the nonrefundable 40% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

Event Coordination

Once your deposit is received and the contract is signed, your date is officially locked in. I’ll send a confirmation email outlining everything you need to know leading up to your event. As your event approaches, I’ll check in to confirm setup details, arrival time, and any final logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Event Day

I’ll arrive on-site at the agreed-upon time to set up The Wanderlust Photo Camper and make sure everything is ready to go. All that’s left for you to do? Enjoy the moment and capture memories!
